Our Vancouver branch has moved!

Our Vancouver Joyce Street branch has moved to Commercial Drive on December 1st.

After 22 years at Joyce Street, we are bringing together our two Vancouver branch teams and services to one central Vancouver location, our Commercial Drive branch. We will be closing our Vancouver Joyce Street location on Friday, December 1st, 2023.

What does this mean for me?

- Full service at six branches - all of your banking services are available at all six of our branch locations. The closest branches to Joyce Street are Commercial Drive and Burnaby.
- Same great team - you will find your Vancouver branch team at the Commercial Drive location.
- Free JJ Bean coffee, on us - for our Vancouver members, pick up a voucher for a coffee on us at JJ Bean Commercial Drive as a welcome gift to The Drive neighborhood.
- Your online banking log-in remains the same – you will continue to log-in to online banking using the Vancouver drop-down option.
- Safety Deposit Boxes - if you have a safety deposit box, please contact us if you have not received our messages from phone and email.

Union Accounts
All union accounts will be serviced from the Burnaby branch. Your union liaison officers will continue to come to you. Dedicated members of our union accounts team will be in Burnaby, only a few kilometers away from our Joyce Street location.
Union courier deposits will go to Burnaby – After December 1st, your deposit pick-ups will go to our Burnaby branch.
