Dalell Amed Joins Community Savings As Director, Talent & Compensation

Community Savings Credit Union is pleased to announce the appointment of Dalell Amed as Director, Talent and Compensation.

As Director, Talent and Compensation, Dalell is responsible for ensuring that Community Savings’ social purpose guides the direction and evolution of its HR Department. In this role, she takes on responsibility for the development and implementation of recruitment, talent management and compensation strategies. Additionally, Dalell will lead the Credit Unions’ labour relations and employee counsel.

Dalell joins CSCU from Village Farms International Inc where she led Human Resource services. She was responsible for establishing and reinforcing the policies and procedures for all company personnel within the Canadian operations. Dalell was a Human Resources specialist with CSCU from 2003 to 2011 and is familiar with the company culture. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with specialization in Human Resources from the Universidad Regiomontana S.C.
