March 13, 2020
Community Savings has been monitoring and responding to the COVID-19 situation for some weeks. Working closely with partners and following the advice of federal and provincial health authorities, you can be confident that best practices and safety procedures are in place. The health and safety of our members and staff – is always our first priority.
I am happy to report that our team is in good health and that we are continuing to provide the same level of service to members – our branches are open, we are processing your transactions, applications, and responding to your day-to-day needs.
Public health authorities are telling us that the risk of contracting this illness remains low and our goal is to keep our branches open for as long as this remains the case.
We realize that many of you are choosing to restrict your daily travel. We are also asking Members who feel unwell to avoid visiting a branch in person and use one of the many alternative methods available below:
- Contact us by phone and you will be able to speak to one of our branch staff
- Online banking lets you bank from the comfort of your home.
- Mobile banking app gives you the ability to bank anywhere.
- Members have access to over 4,000 Ding free ATMs
- Transfer funds with Me-to-Me or Interac e-transfers
- Deposit cheques online with Deposit Anywhere
Our team will do their utmost to meet your needs during this time and we want to thank our members for their support. If you have any questions about the above services, or any other enquiries, please call us:
